About Bid Quanta

Bid Quanta is an estimator-controlled bid workflow for trade-service teams and contractors. It connects bid/no-bid qualification, RFP and scope review, preliminary estimating, subcontractor quote leveling, controlled ITB outreach, proposal approval, and outcome capture around the same commercial opportunity.

Our mission is to give estimators leverage without removing their judgment. Bid Quanta keeps the source documents, assumptions, scope questions, deadlines, addenda, estimate decisions, proposal versions, and results visible so an estimator or preconstruction lead can decide what advances next.

Bid Quanta is not an automated takeoff engine, live supplier-pricing feed, automatic bid-award tool, or bulk-email system. Estimators explicitly approve proposals and send invitations one at a time. The vendor directory and integration/export foundation are available, while live Procore, Buildertrend, QuickBooks, and Salesforce sync remain future work.
